Did you know ... that there is such a thing as an email black hole? Black-holing occurs when ISPs stop bouncing email — the emails disappear, and you don't know that they weren't delivered. In addition to bounces, 4 — 8% of email does not make it to its destination.
In general, the higher your bounce rate, the higher your black hole result.
